This is future capitalism mode of production. It is just an example that how the market grows. one hand there is no milk for millions of people and other hand millions of milk is getting destr0yed. Same things happen with Weat, rice, oil, ghee, sugar etc. In Atal bihari govt. there were destroyed several thousands ton wheat in hind mahasagar. In this market economy only those can sevive who have paper or mettal currency-others are useless. It should not be get surprise if in future rich people amend in constitution for erasing two third people of globe because ruling class feel no need of them.
